Yoga is medicine. Yoga has helped me to deal with life as a mother of 3, a wife, and a full time teacher. Yoga has helped me deal with anxiety and has made me an all around better human being.
My classes are geared toward the busy men and women out there who need some time to tune back into themselves. My practice is based out of a study of Vinyasa Yoga where we link breath to movement. Classes range from 30-75 minutes and are a great way to connect to the wisdom within while taking time to reset and recharge.
